This is a licensed Head Start Program. Head Start serves children between 3 and 4 years old.
Eligibility: Must be from a family with income levels under the poverty guidelines or parents are receiving public assistance.

I went to TCA, and once I accepted the seat a rep from TCA told me to call or go up to the school to complete enrollment, so I called. a women was rude. You call to register your child and they upset because you are asking questions about the school and asking what do you need to register.
